Do you accept walk-ins?
No. XOLUDESK works strictly by appointment so every visit is planned in advance.
Are parts and software licenses included?
No. Published prices are labor only. Replacement hardware and commercial software licenses are purchased separately.
What if my data can't be recovered?
Recovery is never guaranteed. Physically damaged devices or failures needing a specialized lab may require further evaluation or a referral.
Do you work outside the Bronx?
Some service is available in surrounding areas, but distance can affect availability and price for in-person visits. Ask during your video estimate.
Can every problem be diagnosed over video?
No. A video call helps scope most jobs, but some issues need an in-person technical visit.
Is my information safe?
We only ask for what's needed to schedule your service. Never send passwords, PINs, Apple/Google/Microsoft logins or banking details through this site.
